Have you ever heard of the testicle massage? Chances are, this is your first time.

You might even be a little skeptical about this, or perhaps, you think I am just nuts (pun intended).

What if I told you that performing a regular testicle massage could boost testosterone, increase sperm count, and improve your erections!

Do I have your attention yet?

The testicles are so often forgotten or left behind and yet just long to be in the spotlight. They are vital organs in the body and keeping them in shape will give you harder erections, more sex drive, and higher amounts of semen.

The testicles manufacture sperm and create 95% of your testosterone. They influence you – physically, emotionally, and sexually.

By checking them regularly, you can notice any changes that arise, as pain, swelling, or a lump in your testicle or groin area may be a sign of a medical condition.

The key to proper testicular function and health is better blood circulation to the area. The best way to activate the blood flow is through massage.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A TESTICLE MASSAGE?

If you’ve never done this before, the thought of it can be uneasy. Relax, there’s no need to panic.

As weird as it sounds it’s straightforward and efficient.

The testicle massage is an ancient Taoist practice that was created to strengthen erections and recover after sex. It’s one way to alleviate pressure and discomfort in the area.

According to the Taoist masters, massaging your scrotum is one of the most important steps you can do to transform your sexual energy and maintain your sexual health.

All you need are your hands. Make sure you warm them up and rub them together first, to infuse them with healing energy.

When you are massaging your testicles, make sure you are pressing firmly but gently. If a sensation of pain or sensitivity arises, massage lighter.

Sometimes the discomfort goes away within minutes; sometimes it will take weeks of consistent massaging. A blockage most likely causes the pain, and the massage will help disperse it and increase your energy and blood flow.

You can perform this massage with or without oil, according to your preference. Use a fragrance-free, preferably organic oil, like coconut or jojoba.

THE 4-STEPS TESTICLE MASSAGE:

1. Squeeze the scrotum and testicles.

With your right hand, grasp the left testicle, stretch it away from the penis and gently massage it. Repeat on the other side. Then hold both testicles with one hand and with the other use a circular motion and gently squeeze over the tight skin.

2. Massage between the testes.

Use thumb, index, and middle fingers to massage the skin between the testicles slowly.

3. Stretch your testicles

Gently pull down your testicles for about 10 seconds then release.

4. Tap the testicles

Hold your penis up to expose the testicles and using your middle and index fingers tap them gently for a minute or two. Tap light enough that you avoid pain, but firm enough to feel it. Some men prefer to cover their testicles with one hand while tapping with the other hand over the area, to create a buffer.

Your balls plain rock so love them up!

Did you know you can find remote islands with your testicles?

Ancient Polynesian sailors would use their testicles to navigate the Pacific ocean. While sitting half-naked with their balls directly touching the canoe, they would feel the ocean swell inside their testicles, and had mysterious ways of using that information to navigate.

Your balls can almost double in size during sex. That’s a lot of stretching so they’ll love that massage.

The origin of the word testicles is from the Latin word “testis” which means witness. In ancient Rome, men held their testicles when speaking, as a sign of truthfulness.

So pay attention to your balls and take what matters into your own hands for your health and pleasure.
